We have received the city <br /> comments on the redlined plans, and have revised the plans accordingly. <br /> Within this letter we have included a compilation of City comments received and the corresponding <br /> responses.The numbering is per the original City comments received. <br /> PUBLIC WORKS COMMENTS <br /> The following below corrections have be made to the following documents as part of the PW Permit <br /> Submittal: <br /> Civil Plans <br /> Please see all redlines on the attached plans for required corrections. Frequently, redlines will be <br /> stand-alone and will not have an associated item in this corrections letter. <br /> Response:The redline comments have been addressed and comment responses have been <br /> provided in blue pen on the original mark-up. <br /> Stormwater Comments (Erik Emerson; City of Everett Public Works Department) <br /> Stormwater Drainage Report: <br /> a. The drainage report notes that the proposed improvements are estimated at <br /> $1,509,430 plus $350,000 for the site improvements while the existing <br /> improvements are valued at$3,268,000. However,the Stormwater Management <br /> Manual (Vol. I, Section 2.4.2) requires that the comparison be based on the assessed <br /> value of the existing improvements.The current assessed value of the <br /> improvements according to the Snohomish County Assessor is $2,855,100.
