Due to the valuation of this project, landscaping for this site must be brought into <br /> conformance with EMC 19.35. Please provide a landscaping plan showing how your <br /> existing and/or proposed landscaping is meeting the code requirements of EMC <br /> 19.35. <br /> Response: Landscaping plans will be submitted at a later date. <br /> b. If the landscaping plan changes the background of the civil site plan,the updated <br /> background must be shown on the resubmitted civil plans, assuming that they will <br /> be the plans issued for construction once approved. <br /> Response: Plan backgrounds will be updated based upon landscape backgrounds(as <br /> required)at a later date. <br /> c. The architectural site plan included with the building permit shows 83 parking stalls <br /> and indicates that some of them will be re-striped. All stall re-striping must be <br /> shown on the civil plans as a Public Works permit is required for this scope of work. <br /> Re-striping plan must meet stall dimensions of City of Everett Standard Drawing# <br /> 340. See attached for reference. <br /> Response:Only stalls being restriped are shown on the Site Plan C-1.0.
