If the landscaping plan changes the background of the civil site plan, the updated <br /> background must be shown on the resubmitted civil plans, assuming that they will be the <br /> plans issued for construction once approved. <br /> c. The architectural site plan included with the building permit shows 83 parking stalls and <br /> indicates that some of them will be re-striped. All stall re-striping must be shown on the <br /> civil plans as a Public Works permit is required for this scope of work.
