PROJECT BUDGET
Please provide a line item detailed budget for your project. The contract with Argosy cruise lines is owned by the City of Everett and has
been renegotiated in 2022 for 5 days per week of service and COVID cleaning
expenses, totaling approximately $103,000. The City of Everett is asking for TPA
support for Jetty Island programming signage and supplies, totaling $11,000. These
programs will attract visitors, and give people fun things to do while on the island. In
addition to the swimming, sunbathing, kiteboarding and more, programming on Jetty
Island for 2022 includes:
Nature Walks
Campfires with Smores every Saturday night
Beach Clean-ups and Invasive Species Removal events
Sandcastle Building contests
Education courses
Additionally, the City Parks Department will be working with community partners to
provide free access to the island for low income families and groups. All programs
listed above are free of charge with donations being accepted so we can include as
many people as possible. We look forward to another great year in 2022!
