Port of Everett Combined Sewer Main Improvements Environmental Support Landau Associates <br /> Task 016. Unanticipated Support <br /> LAI will provide the City with environmental support on an as-needed basis under this task. <br /> Unanticipated environmental support may include, but is not limited to,supporting the City <br /> implement the K-C Site and Exxon/ADC Site SGMPs for additional infrastructure installations. <br /> Estimated Cost <br /> The estimated cost for the scope of services described above is detailed in Exhibit B. <br /> Project Staff <br /> Dylan Frazer,LG will manage the project, represent the City during construction and Ecology <br /> meetings,and provide senior review of deliverables. Dylan is also project manager for the Port's <br /> project and has extensive experience with implementation of construction projects on cleanup sites, <br /> and in particular at the K-C Site. Devan Brandt, LG,will lead the on-site construction support portion <br /> of the project. Devan is currently leading the on-site support portion of the Port's project, and his <br /> experience in the project area includes test pit observation,geotechnical and environmental drilling <br /> oversight and soil sampling, and soil characterization/waste profile support.Additional senior and <br /> strategic support will be provided as needed by Larry Beard, PE,who has extensive experience with <br /> both the K-C Site and the Exxon/ADC Site,and Ken Reid, LEG,who is LAI's field services manager. <br /> Additional qualified LAI personnel will be utilized to support the project team as needed during the <br /> project. <br /> LAI understands that our services will be provided under the terms and conditions of a City-originated <br /> Professional Services Agreement(PSA).This scope of work will be attached to the PSA as Exhibit A, <br /> and our compensation schedule and cost estimate will be attached as Exhibit B. <br /> * * * * * <br /> January 19,2022 4 <br />
