The current owner purchased the property in July 2017 and the only <br />alteration she is said to have performed is the replacement of a new water heater in the "shop" structure. <br />I just used Codes for Work without permits required by IRC 105.1— which also renders the structure Unlawful as defined <br />by IPMC 108.1.4, in violation of IPMC 106.1 <br />Corrective Action: <br />If the respondent completes the following corrective actions by the date listed below, and is not a <br />repeat violator, the respondent may enter into an agreed order as described in Section 7 below. <br />a) The accessory structure is currently vacant and must remain vacant until and unless such <br />occupancy is approved by the City of Everett. <br />b) The Respondent shall apply for and obtain all of the necessary and required permits to bring the <br />structure into compliance with the Everett Municipal Code.
