Projects to be funded with 2060 Affordable Housing Trust Funds <br /> Public Service Projects (Priority) Funding <br /> Cocoon House: Cocoon House Transitions (Youth Shelter) <br /> Support transitional housing shelter and supportive service costs for $32,000.00 <br /> homeless and at-risk youth. <br /> Domestic Violence Services: Emergency Shelter (Shelter) <br /> Support emergency shelter and service costs for victims and families of $40,000.00 <br /> domestic violence. <br /> Interfaith: Family Shelter (Shelter) <br /> Support emergency shelter and service costs for homeless families. $63,000.00 <br /> TOTAL 2060 AHTF $135,000.00 <br /> TOTAL CDBG, HOME, 2060 AHTF AWARDS $1,335,000.00 <br /> 4. Revenue to be received: <br /> Funding Source Funding Level <br /> Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) $850,000.00 <br /> HOME Program Funds $350,000.00 <br /> 2060 Affordable Housing Trust Funds (AHTF) $135,000.00 <br /> TOTAL $1,335,000.00 <br /> 5. To facilitate timely spending of federal funds in accordance with the City's agreement <br /> with HUD, the City Council approves the Citizens Advisory Committee recommended <br /> contingency project list for additional fund distribution in priority order, if funds become <br /> available during the 2022 program year. Projects would receive an amount based on the <br /> original amount requested or total fund reallocation of$150,000.00, whichever is lesser: <br /> Community Housing Improvement Program <br /> 6. The City Council approves the Citizens Advisory Committee recommendation of <br /> adjusting all projects awards evenly listed in this resolution based on the difference <br /> between the estimate and final award for CDBG and HOME fund.
