February 23, 2022 <br /> • Larry Bisman— Everett, WA <br /> Council Member Vogeli spoke on adding a rental registry within the City of Everett <br /> and requested Council support further investigation. <br /> Moved by Council Member Vogeli, seconded by Council Member Fosse,to work <br /> with city staff and Administration to draft a policy regarding a rental registry for <br /> the City of Everett. <br /> President Stonecipher stated the City Council has done quite a bit of work on a <br /> rental registry in the past, recalling at one point there was an ordinance drafted. <br /> She asked that the body of work be resurrected, and the documents shared with <br /> the Planning Council Liaison Chair, Councilmember Fosse, and the other <br /> committee members <br /> City Attorney David Hall stated a rental registry has been discussed on a few <br /> occasions and he would work with Administration and staff to bring back <br /> information to Council. <br /> CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member Schwab, to <br /> approve the following consent items: <br /> RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 7746 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in <br /> the amount of $1,564,208.12 for the period of February 5, 2022, through <br /> February 11, 2022. <br /> GRANT AGREEMENT — WATER QUALITY STORMWATER CAPACITY <br /> IMPLEMENTATION OF TASKS REQUIRED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH PHASE II <br /> MUNICIPAL STORMWATER PERMIT <br /> To authorize the Mayor to sign the Water Quality Stormwater Capacity Grant <br /> Agreement with the Washington State Department of Ecology for the biennium <br /> (2021—2023) in the amount not to exceed $50,000. <br /> 3 <br />
