February 23, 2022 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Mayor Franklin invited Chief Templeman from the Police Department to introduce <br /> one new police officer. <br /> OATH — POLICE OFFICER <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member Vogeli, to <br /> concur with the appointment of Jeffrey Statton as a new Everett Police Officer. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The Deputy City Clerk administered the oath of office, and Council Members <br /> congratulated Police Officer Statton. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Comments and liaison reports were provided by Council Members Vogeli, Rhyne, <br /> Schwab, Zarlingo, Fosse, Tuohy, and President Stonecipher. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Deputy Mayor Nick Harper had no updates. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney David Hall had no updates and there was no executive session. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> Deb Williams stated the Council received no written comments, and the following <br /> members of the public who spoke included: <br /> 2 <br />
