It is installed in a relatively small location under the
kitchen counter.
I will be send an NTC to the owner and copy Impact Property Management — indicated the tank was installed without
permits and they need to gain a permit to install a compliant water heater. And, need to install compliant smoke alarms.
Just wanted to bring this up now— instead of when they come into the counter.
Thanks!
Don
Don Cunningham
Code Enforcement Officer I Everett Police
425.257.8564 13002 Wetmore Ave., Everett, WA 98201
EVERETT qr everettwa.>ov/police I Facebook I Twitter
Note: Emails and attachments sent to and from the City of Everett are public records and may be subject to
disclosure pursuant to the Public Records Act.
From: Ted de Budden <TBudden@everettwa.gov>
Sent: Wednesday, January 8, 20201:03 PM
To: Donald Cunningham <DCunningham@everettwa.gov>
Subject: RE: 7125 Rainier - Unit #1
Hello Don,
I agree with your observations and assessments concerning the code violations and deficiencies within this Apt. unit.
Also: No additional smoke alarm is required near the bathroom or other areas not specified by code.
