Please include a <br />response letter which indicates how the corrections were resolved. <br />All codes cited refer to the 2015 International Building Code (IBC), 2015 International Residential Code (IRC), <br />and/or the 2015 Washington State Residential Energy Code (WSEC), as amended by the State of Washington <br />and adopted by the City of Everett. <br />These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other <br />departments (such as Utilities, Traffic, Planning or Fire).
