Multiple comments <br />have not been completely addressed and require additional action before a permit can be issued. <br />The comments are itemized for consistency with the original review letter. These comments <br />address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other <br />departments including Public Works, Planning, and Fire. <br />Code citations provided in the following comments reference the Everett Municipal Code (EMC), <br />2015 International Residential Code (IRC), 2015 International Building Code (IBC), and the <br />residential provisions of the 2015 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC). Amendments to the <br />building codes by the Washington Administrative Code (WAC) are identified. Citations provided in <br />the comments reference the IRC unless noted otherwise.
