The original comment stated that the roof framing, including the size and spacing of members, <br />should be shown in the plans. The response stated that attic -level modifications have been <br />removed from the project. The roof framing layout should still be shown. See Section <br />R106.1.1. <br />19. Continuing with Comment 17, the existing framing for the Main and Attic floors should be <br />specified, including but not limited to the size and spacing. The locations, spans, and sizes of <br />all beams, headers, posts, and wall framing should be specified. See Section R106.1.1. <br />This review has been performed for general compliance with the building codes as adopted and <br />amended by the state of Washington and the city of Everett. Corrections and comments made <br />during the review process do not relieve the project from compliance with code and permit <br />requirements.
