We ended up securing the
additional 72K sft at the Seaway West location on a short-term basis. Turns out we have a large shipment headed to
Everett due to the Chinese new year production pause. They typically stop production for up to 60/90 days while
celebrating New Year. We need a hold over space to keep $2M worth of product and our current facilities are at
capacity. Things are moving quickly on this extra storage space and JLL is working with the LL to draft an amendment to
the original agreement. Ideally, we would like to take occupancy on/by February 15t if at all possible. Is it permissible to
"restart" or include the TCO with the new amendment according to city regulations?
I apologize for always being last minute Lucy and hair on fire about our warehouse needs. I wanted to give you full
disclosure on our issue so you may help us find solutions. We are working on permanent solutions but am grateful to
have a good working relationship with City of Everett — needing more storage is truly a good problem to have in retail.
Can you identify what I need to do for this addition hold over space? We will drop off containers and then pick them
back up for shipment in April (ish)
Thank you for your consideration,
Heidi Ray I Director, Capital Projects
2802 Wetmore Ave, Everett, WA 98201
O: 425.783.3616 1 Ext: 314 1 C: 206.255.2782 1 E: heidi@funko.com
Website: www.Funko.com
