Hope you had a nice holiday. Well, Funko is at it again! You were so helpful with <br />Funko's initial temp storage space need (and TCO) for 50k SF at the Seaway West building last October. Funko will be <br />receiving a lot of product from China before they shut down for the Chinese new year. To address this need for more <br />immediate short term storage space, they have reached a tentative business/lease deal with Bertch Capital at the Seaway <br />West Building to take the balance of the building. The new space lease will commence 2/1/2019 and run through June <br />2019; a portion of the space will likely remain for up to 3-5 months additional unless the owners lease the building long <br />term to another user. <br />What we'd like to be able to do is: <br />- Expand the TCO coverage to include an additional 72k SF (100% of building) on top of the currently approved <br />50k SF. Do we need to do a new Architectural Package like we did before? <br />- If possible, extend the current TCO for 50k SF beyond May 5, 2019 to November 5, 2019 so we have some <br />flexibility to shift the product to another whse facility, if needed. <br />I will give you a call tomorrow to check in and discuss what we need to prepare.
