Do not rely on environmental report <br /> prepared for some one else. <br /> Obtain Professional Assistance to Deal with Biological Pollutants <br /> Diverse strategies can be applied during building design,construction,operation,and <br /> maintenance to prevent significant amounts biological pollutants from growing on <br /> indoor surfaces. Biological pollutants includes but is not limited to molds, fungi, <br /> spores, bacteria and viruses. To be effective, all such strategies should be devised for <br /> the express purpose of prevention, integrated into a comprehensive plan, and <br /> executed with diligent oversight by a professional biological pollutant prevention <br /> consultant. Because just a small amount of water or moisture can lead to the <br /> development of severe biological infestations, a number of prevention strategies <br /> focus on keeping building surfaces dry.
