Please resubmit the following items to the Permit Services Counter with your resubmittal once all requested revisions have been made: i. Transmittal Sheet: (1)available at the Permit Counter(and included herein for your use upon resubmittal). ii. Plans: (4) sets of revised plans plus original City Markups. iii. Drainage Report: (2) copies of revised drainage report. (If you want to slip sheet the two existing binders, we can allow you to do that at the counter upon resubmittal if you prefer). iv. SWPPP Report: (2) Copies of C-SWPPP report per Construction General Stormwater Permit with Ecology. v. Easement Form: (1) copy of easement form for water easement with legal description and exhibit attached for review. Signing of this form must be notarized and can take place at the permit counter if needed, typically done at the time of permit issuance for convenience to the owner. vi. Cost Estimate for Permit Fee Calculation Form: (1) copy of cost estimate form filled out for the City to use to calculate the Public Works Permit Fee. (Included with this correction package).
