Please see the compiled list of comments below and the attached redlines to revise your plans <br /> accordingly, prior to resubmitting to the Permit Services Counter. If you have any questions <br /> regarding the comments/redlines or need anything further, please directly contact this project's <br /> Public Works plans reviewer, Sabrina Fandler, at 425-257-7813 or SFandler@everettwa.gov, or <br /> the other reviewers listed depending on the scope of the question.Please note that these comments <br /> are compiled from Public Works reviewers for the Public Works (civil)plans only. The applicant <br /> team may receive a separate comment letter from the Building Department and/or the Planning <br /> Department for architectural or other types of drawings. <br /> a. Please resubmit the following items to the Permit Services Counter with your resubmittal <br /> once all requested revisions have been made: <br /> i. Transmittal Sheet: (1)available at the Permit Counter(and included herein for your <br /> use upon resubmittal). <br /> ii. Plans: (4) sets of revised plans plus original City Markups. <br /> iii. Drainage Report: (2) copies of revised drainage report. (If you want to slip sheet <br /> the two existing binders, we can allow you to do that at the counter upon <br /> resubmittal if you prefer). <br /> iv. SWPPP Report: (2) Copies of C-SWPPP report per Construction General <br /> Stormwater Permit with Ecology. <br /> v. Easement Form: (1) copy of easement form for water easement with legal <br /> description and exhibit attached for review. Signing of this form must be notarized <br /> and can take place at the permit counter if needed, typically done at the time of <br /> permit issuance for convenience to the owner. <br /> vi. Cost Estimate for Permit Fee Calculation Form: (1) copy of cost estimate form <br /> filled out for the City to use to calculate the Public Works Permit Fee. (Included <br /> with this correction package). <br /> The Permit Counter is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am-12:00pm and from <br /> 1:00pm-4:oopm (closed between 12:00pm-1:00pm for lunch). <br /> age 1of� <br />
