Corrections
Hello,
Thank you for submitting a building permit to construct a new single-family residence at 7700 Rainier Drive. Thank you
for your patience with our current review times. In order for the Planning Department to approve your permit, please
submit the following:
There are many minor errors on the site plan because you used the preliminary short plat map as the site plan. To avoid
confusion, it would be best to provide your own site plan and use the recorded short plat map to get the general
informs ion (lot dimensions, lot size, easements, etc.). The recorded short plat map is attached to this email. Below are
the co ections that need to be made to the site plan:
. The site plan you submitted does not clearly show all of the property corners and the proposed setback
dimensions are difficult to read. Please revise accordingly.—S-VM VA f1 /mil
V3.2. lease call out the length of the south property line.
The scale noted on the plans is 1 inch=20 feet. When I scale out the measurements you added to the site plan,
they don't match up with the scale. Please revise accordingly.
4. In several locations it is noted that there are easements proposed that I believe were part of the short plat. If
they are not proposed easements with this building permit application, please remove the"proposed"from the
plans so we know they are existing easements.
5. A"proposed 10-foot utility easement" is shown on the north side of the property and I do not see this on the
short plat map. Please clarify.
1/s
