TOTAL ESTIMATED COST OF BONDING $5,492.25 <br /> (90%OF COST OF MATERIAL AND LABOR, MONITORING, & MAINTENANCE) <br /> POST-PROJECT FUNCTIONS AND VALUES <br /> The applicant is proposing to divide the property and create an additional lot west of the <br /> existing house. To accommodate Lot 2, the applicant is proposing a small amount of buffer <br /> averaging which will maintain the existing, overall level of functions and values on this site. <br /> Because the existing wetland and stream buffer is vegetated with invasive species, the <br /> applicant is proposing to enhance the entire on-site buffer as required by EMC 37.110(A)(6)and <br /> EMC 37.170(C). Buffer enhancement will consist of removing invasive species and planting <br /> native trees and shrubs.The proposed enhancement measures will serve to remove non-native <br /> and invasive species and increase the quantity and diversity of native trees and shrubs within <br /> the buffer. This in turn will increase wildlife habitat as well as water quality and stormwater <br /> storage functions provided by these features.
