A3. <br /> OPer Stair sections 1&2/A5, a one-hour floor/ceiling assembly is provided for the stair from <br /> the basement to the first floor. <br /> Per IEBC section 802.2.1 we are required to provide one-hour assembly connecting all <br /> floors unless the enclosure is not required by the IBC. <br /> We are not required to enclose a stair serving two floors and meeting all requirements of <br /> IBC 712.1.9. We believe that the stair connecting the first floor to the second floor meets <br /> these requirements. <br /> See Door Schedule on Dwg. A6 for revisions. <br /> See Dwg A6, exterior window type "C" has been revised to include safety glass. <br /> See Dwg. A3 for handrail revisions. <br /> A See Dwg. A5 for revised handrails. All handrails will return per dtl. 4/A5. <br /> Accessibility <br /> 1. See "scope of work" on Dwg.
