Y 4.0 REVIEW OF EXISTING INFORMATION Prior to conducting the site investigation, public resource information was reviewed to gather background information on the subject property and the surrounding area in regards to wetlands, streams, and other critical areas. • USDA/Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Web Soil Survey: The Web Soil Survey maps the soils on site as Alderwood-Urban land complex, 2 to 8 percent slopes. • United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) National Wetlands Inventory: The National Wetlands Inventory (NWI) depicts a Riverine, Inteimittent, Streambed, Seasonally Flooded(R4SBC)feature approximately 25 feet southwest of the property. • WDFW Priority Habitat and Species (PHS) Interactive Map: The PHS online mapping tool does not show any priority habitats or species on or in the vicinity of the site. • WDNR Forest Practices Application Mapping Tool (FPAMT): The FPAMT map shows a Type F stream in the same location as shown by NWI to the southwest of the property. • WDNR Wetlands of High Conservation Value Map Viewer: This resource does not depict any features on or in the vicinity of the subject property. • StreamNet Mapper: StreamNet does not depict any fish presence on or near the property. • WDFW SalmonScape: SalmonScape does not depict any features on or near the property. • Snohomish County PDS Map Portal: The PDS Map Portal depicts a non-fish habitat, seasonal stream (tributary to Swamp Creek) southwest of the site in the same location as shown on NWI. This resource also depicts a possible wetland associated with the stream extending to the southwest property corner. • City of Everett Critical Areas Map (Map 1): The City of Everett Critical Areas Map identifies a Type F stream to the southwest of the property as shown on the FPAMT mapping tool. • City of Everett Fish and Wildlife Habitat Conservation Areas Critical Areas Map (Map fi): No features are depicted on or near the subject property. 5.0 WETLAND AND STREAM DETERMINATION METHODOLOGY The ordinary high water mark (OHWM) of streams was determined using the methodology described in the Washington State Department of Ecology document Determining the Ordinary High Water Mark for Shoreline Management Act Compliance in Washington State(Anderson et. al. 2016).
