Y <br /> 4.0 REVIEW OF EXISTING INFORMATION <br /> Prior to conducting the site investigation, public resource information was reviewed to gather <br /> background information on the subject property and the surrounding area in regards to <br /> wetlands, streams, and other critical areas. <br /> • USDA/Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Web Soil Survey: The Web <br /> Soil Survey maps the soils on site as Alderwood-Urban land complex, 2 to 8 percent <br /> slopes. <br /> • United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) National Wetlands Inventory: The <br /> National Wetlands Inventory (NWI) depicts a Riverine, Inteimittent, Streambed, <br /> Seasonally Flooded(R4SBC)feature approximately 25 feet southwest of the property. <br /> • WDFW Priority Habitat and Species (PHS) Interactive Map: The PHS online mapping <br /> tool does not show any priority habitats or species on or in the vicinity of the site. <br /> • WDNR Forest Practices Application Mapping Tool (FPAMT): The FPAMT map shows <br /> a Type F stream in the same location as shown by NWI to the southwest of the property. <br /> • WDNR Wetlands of High Conservation Value Map Viewer: This resource does not <br /> depict any features on or in the vicinity of the subject property. <br /> • StreamNet Mapper: StreamNet does not depict any fish presence on or near the <br /> property. <br /> • WDFW SalmonScape: SalmonScape does not depict any features on or near the <br /> property. <br /> • Snohomish County PDS Map Portal: The PDS Map Portal depicts a non-fish habitat, <br /> seasonal stream (tributary to Swamp Creek) southwest of the site in the same location as <br /> shown on NWI.
