The position will be funded in 2022 by a transfer in from the Fund for Animals, which is partially funded by an <br />ASPCA grant. The <br />agreement with the State Department of Commerce provides funding to improve criminal justice and community response to violence <br />against women in Snohomish County. The grant funds will be used to advance county -wide law enforcement training.
