Funds will be used for patrols, classes, and special emphasis enforcement. The matching <br />requirement for each grant will be provided by the existing labor budget of the Emergency Management staff. Funds are allocated to <br />local jurisdictions to support their local emergency management operating budget in an effort to enhance their programs.
