ECF funds will reimburse the purchase of 60 Chromebooks and 60 <br />hotspots with data that can be checked out for free with a library card. This amendment proposes to increase the Library's budget by an additional $136,600 to extend the program through <br />December 2022. The funding is to establish a two-year <br />therapeutic program to identify individuals before the courts with substance use disorder (SUD) or other behavioral health needs and <br />engage those individuals with community -based therapeutic interventions. The City of Everett and Marysville will each contribute <br />$6,900 towards the program.
