Project summary statement: This project planned, designed, and constructed stormwater collection and treatment improvements on City -owned land with drainage collection improvements in the catchment area. Tributary catchment included portions of East Marine View Drive, Jackson Park and residential streets and alleys south of Jackson Park. The improvements removed wet weather flows from the combined sewer system, reducing combined sewer overflows (CSOs) and lessening wet weather volume to the Water Pollution Control Facility on Smith Island.
