The City <br />will revie�v tl�c results of the inspcction and will delermine whether a backwater <br />tic.lvc should be inslalled. 13y signing this authorization, d�c Owner grants the <br />C:ity and its contractor perntission lo inslall ilie backwater valve if the City <br />dctcrmines that a bacl:water valve should be inst�lled. This u�slallation is at the <br />Citv's sole cust. <br />B. Other Deviccs. 1'hcre may bc other dcviccs that providc as good as (or greater) <br />protection than a buckwater vul��e. 13y si�ting this audtorization, tlie O�wer <br />grants tl�e City und its contractor permission to install Uie other dcvicc if the City <br />dcicrmines that it should be installed. Tius installation is at the Ciry's sole cost. <br />IIo�vever, if the Owncr desires installation of ilic other devicc, but the City has <br />delemiined to only inslall a baclavatcr ��alve, then the O�v��er may install the other <br />dc�ricq a�id thc Ciry wID rei�.nbursc thc On�ncr up to thc visl�illation cost of the <br />backwatcr v:ilve. <br />C. Aftrr the complction of tlie inspcction, tlic City <br />ma}• providc lhc Owner with a list of athcr recomme�tded improvements to dic property's <br />plumbu�5 and draivagc systems.
