Problems Identified <br />1) Side sewer is running very flat for the first 35' approximately. <br />Solution: Replace/regrade lire with modern materials at a proper slope (2%) <br />2) Down Spouts drain to unknown location. Some disconnected down spouts do not <br />adequately drain away from building footing. <br />Solution: Clean, repair and install on splash blocks slope away from home. <br />As-Built of Sewer and Plumbinq <br />See Attached <br />Comments <br />.
