Their findings indicate that installing a backwater vaive on your property would be beneficial. Please review the enclosed report. Previously, you signed the Backwater Valve Autl�orization Form authorizing the City to install a backwater valve at your property. Based on the inspection report, we are proceeding with the installation. The Ci�s contractor.Archer Construction. ;ill be contacting you in March to schedule the work.This will require some exca. �cion on your property. The City will provide you on-site training on the operetion and maintenance of the backwater valve. Maintenance of the valve and the plumbing, sewer, and drainage on your proper[y are your responsibility.The inspe�tion identified additional site drai�age and plumbing deficiencies in your private draiiiage and plumbing system. These include: .
