YES <br />• Appro�imate depth of side sewer. 5' at foundation <br />• Depth and I,ocation of proposed Backwater Valve: See below sketch. 6' depth. <br />Plumbine, Sewer, or Draina¢e Problems Identified: <br />l) Housc does no' have a backwater vabe to protect from reverse Flow during a sewer surcharge event. <br />Suggested Solution: Install backwater valvc at recommended location. <br />2) Site Drainage: W and SW down spouts tie into sewer <br />Suggested Solution: divert all down spouts to splash blocks appropriately or verify that backwater valve is <br />installed upstream of downspout connection. <br />3) Side Scwer Improvemenis: clay tile side sewer with � belly (low sag area) behveen 24'-29' from side <br />sewer camera access. Also there is a seam catching debris at 32' hy a tree. LasNy there is major root <br />intrc:;ions 5'3" from cican out <br />Suggested Solution: cxcavate and replace (possibly during installation oC BWV). Also lining from BWV <br />to liouse closing offdownspout tie in and eliminating root intrusion would be beneficial. <br />4) Roof Drainage: somc downspouts disch�rge near house found�lion <br />Suggested Solution: redimct all roof drains widi splash bloeks to discharge at least 3' away from <br />foundation � � <br />
