Maintenance of the valve and the plumbing, sewer, and drainage on your property are your responsibility. The inspection identlfied additional site drainage and piumbing deficfencies in your private drainage and plumbing syster. These include: . W and SW downspouts tie into the sewer and need to be diverted to splash blocks. . Side sewer conbins a belly and a seam that catches debris, and there are multiple root intrusions. The side sewer should be repaired or replaced. . Some of the downspouts that discharge near the foundation of the house should be rerouted to discharge at least 3 feet away from the foundation. These deficiencies are your responsibiliry to address, as you desire.
