February 16, 2022 <br /> Moved by Council Member Vogeli, seconded by Council Member Fosse, to <br /> request the legal department draft an ordinance to lower the Project Labor <br /> Agreements (PLA) threshold to $1M and add language for an apprenticeship <br /> program or a community workforce agreement, to bring to Council for <br /> consideration. <br /> City Attorney David Hall stated he would work with Council Member Vogeli to <br /> draft the Ordinance to bring to Council for consideration. <br /> President Stonecipher asked for a briefing on the previous resolution and the <br /> process for determining whether a project should be considered for a project <br /> labor agreement. <br /> Comments and liaison reports were provided by Council Members Tuohy, Rhyne, <br /> Schwab, Zarlingo, Fosse, and President Stonecipher. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Deputy Mayor Nick Harper had no updates. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney David Hall notified Council that Legal is working with Administration <br /> on revising the Council Procedures per direction from the Council Retreat and will <br /> bring it to Council for discussion at a future date. He also stated that there was <br /> no executive session. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> Deb Williams stated the Council received no written comments or anyone <br /> wishing to speak. <br /> CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> Moved by Council Member Rhyne, seconded by Council Member Schwab, to <br /> approve the following consent items: <br /> RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> 2 <br />
