I <br /> City of Everett 01 2600 - 2 <br /> 2022 Biosolids Removal and Disposal UT 3752-30 1 <br /> 1,3 LUMP SUM MODIFICATION PROPOSALS <br /> A. The Owner may request priced proposals which either add or delete work prior <br /> to proceeding with any changes. <br /> B. When requested, the Contractor shall provide pricing per 1.1 of this section for <br /> review and approval by the Owner, prior to proceeding with the work. <br /> 1.4 ORDERS CHANGE A. A change order to the work will be issued including one or more Request for <br /> Change Proposals. The cumulative amount of adds and deducts along with the <br /> change in the number of days approved in each individual RFCP shall be added <br /> to or deducted from the Contract. The change order shall incorporate the RFCP <br /> forms, and all required back up documentation into a lump sum contract <br /> adjustment. <br /> B. The payment for work performed under the change order cannot be made until <br /> the change order has been signed and approved as per 00 7200 General <br /> Condition, Article 6. <br /> C.
