Items marked <br /> with an X in the "YES" column should be considered to be non-standard and therefore <br /> covered by RCW 39.12. Items marked with an X in the "NO" column should be <br /> considered to be standard and therefore not covered. Of course, exceptions to this <br /> general list may occur, and in that case shall be evaluated according to the criteria <br /> described in State and L&I's policy statement. <br /> ITEM DESCRIPTION YES NO <br /> 1.
