March 30, 2022 <br /> Council Members expressed their deepest condolences on the tragic loss of <br /> Officer Dan Rocha, and their gratitude for his service and the ultimate sacrifice he <br /> made to keep our community safe. <br /> Comments and liaison reports were provided by Council Members Fosse, Vogeli, <br /> Tuohy, Rhyne, Schwab, Zarlingo and President Stonecipher. <br /> ADMINISTRATION <br /> Lori Cummings stated, on behalf of the City staff, that we are grieving and honor <br /> Officer Rocha's ultimate sacrifice while serving our community. We stand ready, <br /> as a City team, to support and assist our Police Department in any way we can. <br /> Lori also reminded the public that Mayor Franklin with be delivering her State of <br /> the City address tomorrow, Thursday, March 31, 2022. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney David Hall had no updates. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> Deb Williams stated Council received one (1) written comment, and there were <br /> (2) members of the public who wished to speak. <br /> • Harry Willis: Vaccination Requirement Concerns within the City of Everett, <br /> and Gender-Neutral Bathrooms <br /> • John Ogorsolka: Agenda Item # 14 — Contract Award — Evergreen Pump <br /> Station Modifications Project <br /> CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member Rhyne, to <br /> approve the following consent items: <br /> RESOLUTION —CLAIMS <br /> 3 <br />
