March 30, 2022 <br /> information on donations and the memorial service are located on the City of <br /> Everett's website. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> PURCHASE— FOUR FORD VEHICLES <br /> The City has spent over $250,000 on this contract year-to-date on prior vehicle <br /> purchases. In compliance with the Procurement Policy, this purchase and any <br /> additional purchases from this contract will be brought before Council for award. <br /> Due to supply chain challenges, the cut-off date set by Ford to purchase 2022 <br /> vehicles off of the Washington State Department of Enterprise Services Contract <br /> #05916/COE #2018-117 is March 31, 2022. Therefore, the authorization to <br /> purchase the vehicles is time sensitive. The City has an Interlocal Agreement with <br /> Washington State Department of Enterprise Services that allows for purchases <br /> from its competitively awarded contracts. <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member Schwab, to <br /> award and authorize the purchase of four Ford vehicles with Clary Longview, <br /> LLC., dba Bud Clary Ford — Hyundai from Washington State Department of <br /> Enterprise Services Contract#05916/COE #2018-117. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> President Stonecipher notified the public that Agenda Items #16 and #17 were <br /> pulled from the meeting agenda and would be discussed at later meetings. <br /> President Stonecipher announced that due to current events within the <br /> community, City officials have decided to postpone in-person council meetings <br /> until further notice. <br /> 2 <br />
