April 6, 2022 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 p.m., <br /> April 6, 2022, by President Stonecipher. <br /> Upon roll call, it was found that Mayor Franklin and Council Members Vogeli, <br /> Tuohy, Rhyne, Schwab, Zarlingo, Fosse, and President Stonecipher were present. <br /> Council Member Schwab led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> On behalf of the City Council, Council Member Zarlingo acknowledged the original <br /> inhabitants of this place, the sduhub people and their successors, the Tulalip <br /> Tribes. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> The minutes of March 30, 2022, were approved as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin thanked the community for the incredible outpouring of support <br /> the city has received as we are all remembering and honoring Officer Dan Rocha. <br /> The notes, kind words the community shared, and the support received from the <br /> memorial were heartwarming and greatly appreciated. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> RESOLUTION — HONORING OFFICER DAN ROCHA <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 7765 honoring the life, service, and sacrifice of Everett <br /> Police Officer Dan Rocha. <br /> Discussion followed among Council Members Vogeli, Tuohy, Rhyne, Schwab, <br /> Zarlingo, Fosse and President Stonecipher. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> 1 <br />
