April 6, 2022 <br /> Discussion continued among Council Members Rhyne, Schwab, Zarlingo, Fosse <br /> and President Stonecipher. <br /> Moved by Council Member Zarlingo, seconded by Council Member Stonecipher, <br /> to amend and remove Section No. 2 related to council virtual participation. <br /> Discussion continued among Council Members Vogeli, Tuohy, Rhyne, Schwab, <br /> Zarlingo, Fosse, President Stonecipher, and City Attorney Ramsey Ramerman. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Vogeli, Rhyne and <br /> Fosse. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Council Member Rhyne made a motion to reinstate Section 5 No. 8(i) to amend <br /> the language to read "speakers may not engage in abusive or harassing behavior, <br /> including but not limited to..." with a list of behaviors to be added. <br /> Moved by Council Member Rhyne, seconded by Council Member Fosse, to <br /> reinstate Section 5 No. 8(i), to amend the language to state, "including, but not <br /> limited to..." <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> President Stonecipher brought back the main motion for a vote. <br /> Moved by Council Member Rhyne, seconded by Council Member Vogeli, to <br /> adopt Resolution No. 7752, as amended, establishing the City Council Rules of <br /> Procedure for the Conduct of Council, and repealing Resolution No. 7719. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> 8 <br />
