April 6, 2022 <br /> Moved by Council Member Fosse, seconded by Council Member Vogeli,to table <br /> Request for Proposal (RFP) #2022-022 Automated Traffic Safety Camera <br /> Program for one month for further public outreach. <br /> Discussion continued among Council Members Vogeli, Tuohy, Rhyne, Schwab, <br /> Zarlingo, Fosse and President Stonecipher. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Vogeli,Tuohy, Schwab, <br /> Zarlingo and President Stonecipher. <br /> Motion failed. <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member Zarlingo, to <br /> authorize the release of Request for Proposal (RFP) #2022-002 Automated <br /> Traffic Safety Camera Program. <br /> Discussion continued among Council Members Vogeli, Tuohy, Rhyne, Schwab, <br /> Zarlingo, Fosse and President Stonecipher. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Rhyne. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION — CITY COUNCIL RULES OF PROCEDURES FOR THE CONDUCT OF <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Moved by Council Member Rhyne, seconded by Council Member Vogeli, to <br /> adopt Resolution No. 7752, establishing the City Council Rules of Procedure for <br /> the Conduct of Council and repealing Resolution No. 7719. <br /> Deb Williams introduced members of the public who wished to speak on this item: <br /> • Joe Kunsler—Spoke on concerns regarding public comments and the <br /> possibility of creating model rules in the public meetings act. <br /> 7 <br />
