Project Management <br />The estimated project design duration is eight (8) months, and construction is estimated <br />to start in fall of 2022. <br />The CONSULTANT will provide project management administrative services including: <br />• Project set-up and execute agreement <br />• Execution of Subconsultant agreements <br />• Preparation and delivery of monthly progress reports and invoices <br />• Record keeping and project closeout <br />Provide overall project management including: <br />• Project staff management and coordination <br />• Subconsultant management and coordination <br />• Prepare and maintain project schedule <br />• Schedule and budget monitoring <br />The CONSULTANT will manage and coordinate the project, including attendance at <br />virtual meetings with City staff. Up to 12 bi-weekly online meetings are assumed, which <br />include an initial kick-off meeting, an over -the -should review of preliminary design layout <br />and engineer's estimate, and three (3) meetings to resolve City and stakeholder <br />comments on the three (3) PS&E submittals. Up to two (2) CONSULTANT staff are <br />expected at each formal meeting. <br />All email correspondence regarding the project will include the City project manager. The <br />CONSULTANT will prepare and submit invoices and progress summaries once per <br />month by the fifth business day of each month. <br />QUALITY ASSURANCE / QUALITY CONTROL <br />The CONSULTANT will provide internal QA/QC reviews of the following major work <br />elements prior to submittal to the City. Provide senior review of 60%, 90% and final Plans, <br />specifications, estimates, and calculations prior to scheduled constructability reviews. <br />City of Everett 3 DKS <br />
