<br /> Section 01 22 20 MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT
<br /> IThe lump sum bid item for Existing Building HVAV shall constitute full
<br /> compensation for all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary and
<br /> I incidental to furnish and install HVAC work at the facility. Work shall include,
<br /> but not be limited to HVAC permits and inspection fees, backdraft dampers,
<br /> louvers, required commissioning, all requirements as shown on the Plans and
<br /> I
<br /> as described in Division 23, HVAC.
<br /> Bid Item 33. New Building HVAC
<br /> Measurement and Payment: Lump Sum
<br /> IThe lump sum bid item for New Electrical Building HVAV shall constitute full
<br /> compensation for all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary and
<br /> incidental to furnish and install HVAC work at the facility. Work shall include,
<br /> I but not be limited to HVAC permits and inspection fees, split heat pump,
<br /> ductwork, grilles, balancing dampers, supports, isolators, refrigerant piping,
<br /> drain piping, test and balance, required commissioning, all requirements as
<br /> Ishown on the Plans and as described in Division 23, HVAC.
<br /> Bid Item 34. Electrical
<br /> IMeasurement and Payment: Lump Sum
<br /> The lump sum bid item for Electrical shall constitute full compensation for all
<br /> labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary and incidental to furnish and
<br /> Iinstall all Electrical work at the facility shall include, but not be limited to
<br /> electrical permits and inspection fees, raceways, supports, ductbanks,
<br /> conductors, grounding, trenching and backfill for electrical raceways, circuit
<br /> I breakers, disconnect switches, transformers, panelboards, medium-voltage
<br /> switchgear, medium-voltage variable frequency controllers, receptacles,
<br /> lighting, lighting controls, cameras and security equipment, electrical
<br /> I connections for mechanical equipment, instrumentation and controls as
<br /> shown on the Plans and as described in Division 26 Electrical, Division 28
<br /> Security, and Division 40 Instrumentation and Controls.
<br /> IBid Item 35. Electronic Surge Control Panel
<br /> Measurement and Payment: Each
<br /> I The bid item per each for Electronic Surge Control Panel shall constitute full
<br /> compensation for all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary and
<br /> incidental to furnish and install electronic surge control panels at the existing
<br /> I Evergreen Pump Station. Work shall include but not limited to, install control
<br /> panel per manufacturer's recommendations and furnishing, installing all
<br /> piping, fittings, equipment, and materials needed to connect the new surge
<br /> I
<br /> control panels to the existing surge pilot system as shown on the Plans and
<br /> as described in Division 33, Section 33 12 23.13, and checking and/or
<br /> servicing the existing pilot system to verify all valves, switches, and solenoids
<br /> are in proper working order. If any pilot system parts need to be replaced, this
<br /> IWork will be paid under the Bid Item "Minor Changes."
<br /> Also included in this Bid Item is the training provided by the Cla-Val and
<br /> I Cimco-GC Systems representatives.
<br /> Costs to provide the Cla-Val and Cimco-GC Systems representatives for
<br /> startup and testing shall be included under Bid Item "Startup and Testing."
