The RECIENT will upload the City of Everett SMAP Receiving Waters Assessment to document completion of the
following tasks in this step of the SMAP:
1. The RECIPIENT shall show delineated basins, receiving waters, and total basin size and portion of each basin within
City limits.
2. The RECIPIENT shall document existing information related to their local receiving waters and contributing area
conditions. This will include likely condition of each receiving water, main contributors to pollutant loads, and expected future
land use and impervious surface distribution.
3. The RECIPIENT shall share documentation of the influence of the City's MS4 and land use patterns on each receiving
water that determine the relative potential benefit of SMAP actions. The RECIPIENT will share documentation of their scoring
method and resulting relative Stormwater Management Influence scores for each basin.
4. The RECIPIENT shall document the Receiving Water Conditions Assessment as a table with each receiving water
name, its total basin area, the percent of the total watershed area that is in the RECIPIENT's jurisdiction, and the findings of
the stormwater management influence assessment for each receiving water. The RECIPIENT shall include a map of the
delineated basins with references to the watershed inventory table. The RECIPIENT shall indicate which receiving waters will
be included in the Receiving Water Prioritization process.Basins that have a low expected stormwater management influence
do not need to be considered for prioritization.
