The RECIPIENT will lead development of a ranking system to assist and identify the data sets they will use in scoring the <br /> receiving waters and selecting the highest-ranking drainage basin for implementing stormwater actions. The RECIPIENT will <br /> build on the results of Task 2. The Building Cities in the Rain and SMAP Guidance will support development of the scoring <br /> methodology. The RECIPIENT will document the development of the scoring methods. <br /> B. The RECIPIENT will apply the scoring methodology in Task 3A to the list of candidate basins and produce a preliminary <br /> internal prioritization and ranking. The RECIPIENT will assess the level of investment needed to meet water quality goals, <br /> projected pollutant reductions,review of impacts to overburdened communities including potential impacts to cultural <br /> resources, and future land use impacts to rank these top candidate basins. <br /> C. The RECIPIENT will conduct stakeholder and public outreach process to inform the community and solicit feedback <br /> regarding the prioritization method and selected basins. The RECIPIENT will document stakeholder and community feedback. <br /> D. The RECIPIENT will finalize the prioritization and ranking and select the priority basin area or sub-basin for <br /> implementation based on above analysis and feedback from stakeholders and public outreach. <br /> Task Goal Statement: <br /> The RECIPIENT will complete the Receiving Water Prioritization and respond to ECOLOGY,other stakeholders, and public <br /> comments in a timely manner. <br /> Task Expected Outcome: <br /> The Receiving Water Prioritization will select high priority basin or sub-basin area(s) for development of a SMAP to minimize <br /> stormwater impacts to high priority receiving waters. <br /> Template Version 12/10/2020 <br />
