SECTION 15 : FIRE HYDRANT DEPARTIENT There shall be the following named employee in the Fire Hydrant Department, to-wit: One Hydrant Repairman. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS SECTION 10: CITY ENGINEER DEPARTMENT There shall be the following named officers, deputies, assistants and employees in the office of the City Engineer, to-wit: One City Engineer; one Engineer; two Senior Engineers; one Assoc . Engineer; one Asst. Engineer; five Junior Engineers, one of whom shall be assigned as Traffic Eng. and one assigned as Planning Engineer; two Senior Engineering Aides; two Engineering Aides; one Clerk; and one or more Inspectors . Said officers, assistants and employees shall perform such duties indicated by the name of their respective employment and such other duties as the City Engineer shall, from time to time, authorize and direct.
