SECTION 19: SEWER DEPARTMENT There shall be the following named officers and employees of the Sewer Department, to-wit: One foreman; one Heavy Equipment Operator; and one Truck Driver. The City Engineer shall be in general charge and have super- vision of the Sewer Department. All officers, assistants and employees shall perform such duties as pertain to the nature of their employment and as authorized and directed by the City Engineer. SECTION 20: INSPECTION DEPARTMENT There shall be the following named officers and employees in the Inspection Department, to-wit: One Building Inspector; one Electrical Inspector; one Plumbing Inspector; one Office Helper (part time) . It shall be the duty of such officers and employees to perform the duties relating to such offices as defined by the ordinances of such city, and such other duties as the Commissioner of Public Works shall authorize and direct. SECTION 21: STREET DEPARTMENT There shall be the following named officers and assist- ants in the Street Department, to-wit: One Superintendent; one Cement Superintendent; one Clerk; one Auto Repairman; one Asst. Auto Repairman; two Foremen; seven Truck Drivers; one Heavy Equipment Operator; one. Bulldozer Operator; two Gradermen; three Sweepermen; one Flusherman (night) ; four Utility Laborers; one or more Day Laborers . Said officers, assistants and employees shall perform the duties pertaining to such office as indicated by the name of their respective employment, and such other duties as the Superintendent of Streets or Commissioner of Public Works shall from time to time authorize and direct. SECTION 22: WATER DEPARTMENT There shall be the following named officers, assistants and employees in the Water Department of the City of Everett, to-wit: One Superintendent; one Asst. Superintendent; one General Foreman; one Bistribution Foreman; one Accountant; one Accountant-Clerk; one Clerk; one Senior Engineer; two Junior Engineers; one Senior Engineering Aide; one Engineering Aide; three Foreman; one Welder; one Blacksmith; one Machinist; one Inspector; one Asst. Inspector; one Auto Repairman; one Asst.
