ORDINANCE NO. 3739 AN ORDINANCE oroviding for the improvement of: NORTH PARK DRIVE for its entire length. CROWN DRIVE in Harbor View Addition from Olympic Blvd. to its intersection with North Park Drive. by the construction of an asphaltic concrete pavement, 32 ft. in width; by the construction of an extruded portland cement concrete curb at those locations where necessary to control drainage waters; by the installation of necessary drainage facilities; by the constructions or reconstruction, where necessary, of all sewers, side sewers, water mains and hydrants, with necessary appurtenances; by such grading or regrading as may be necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with plans to be prepared by the City Engineer. The City of Everett will, at the cost of the City and not the improvement district (1) install the extruded concrete curb as necessar,-,, to control drainage water; (2) furnish the necessary equipment and labor to install the drain- age facilities; (3) do all necessary grading and backfilling in order to prepare the road for the asphaltic concrete pavement. All in accordance with Resolution No. 6170 of the City of Everett; creating a local improvement district; creating a local improvement district fund therefor; and providing for the pay- ment of said improvement by special assessments on the property in said district under the mode of payment by bonds. WHREAS, by Resolution No. 6170 of the City of Everett the City Council has declared its intention to order the im- provement as above outlined and doing all work in connection therewith to make a complete improvement in accordance with the plans and specifications of the City Engineer of the City of Everett, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: SECTION 1 : That an improvement be made of: NORTH PARK DRIVE for its entire length. CROWN DRIVE in Harbor View Addition from Olympic Blvd. to its intersection with North Park Drive . by the construction of an asphaltic concrete pavement, 32 ft. in width; by the construction of an extruded portland cement concrete curb at those locations where necessary to control drainage waters; by the installation of necessary drainage facilities; by the construction or reconstruction, where necessary, of all sewers, side sewers, water mains and hydrants, with necessary appurtenances; by such grading or regrading as may be necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with plans to be prepared by the City Engineer, which plans and specifications are hereby adopted and apnroved.
