ORDINANCE NO. 373) <br /> AN ORDINANCE providing for the improvement of: <br /> ALVERSON BLVD. from the S property line of 8th St. <br /> Nthly to a point 50 ft. S of the most southerly <br /> point of Lot 30, Elk. 108, Grandview Addition to <br /> Everett <br /> by the construction of a 21" asphaltic concrete pavement, 36 <br /> feet in width; by the construction of portland cement concrete <br /> curbs and gutters (except where curbs and gutters already exist) ; <br /> by the construction of portland cement concrete sidewalks on <br /> both sides of the street, except that no sidewayk will be con- <br /> structed where concrete sidewalks already exist and no sidewalk <br /> will be constructed on the easterly side of the street from the <br /> N line of Lot 10, Elk. 135, Grandview Addition, to the end of <br /> the improvement district and no sidewalk will be constructed on <br /> the westerly side from the N end of the improvement district <br /> southerly for 58 ft. , m/l; by the installation of necessary <br /> drainage facilities; by the construction or reconstruction, where <br /> necessary, of all sewers, side sewers, water mains and hydrants <br /> with necessary appurtenances; by such grading or regrading as <br /> may be necessary and doing such other work as may be necessary <br /> in connection therewith to make a complete improvement. The <br /> City of Everett will remove the existing road surfacing and do <br /> all necessary excavation and backfilling in order to prepare the <br /> road for the asphaltic concrete pavement, all in accordance with <br /> plans to be prepared by the City Engineer. All in accordance <br /> with Resolution No. 6163 of the City of Everett; creating a <br /> local improvement district; creating a local improvement district <br /> fund therefor; and providing for the payment of said improve- <br /> ment by special assessments on the property in said district <br /> under the mode of payment by bonds. <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 6163 of the City of Everett, the <br /> City Council has declared its intention to order the improvement <br /> as above outlined and doing all work in connection therewith <br /> to make a complete improvement in accordance with the plans and <br /> specifications of the City Engineer of the City of Everett, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1 : That an improvement be made of: <br /> ALVERSON BLVD. from the S property line of 8th St. <br /> Nthly to a point 50 ft.
