Fire Alarm Operator -$2.28 per hr. <br /> Total annual gross compensation not less than $5100.00 per . <br /> Fire Alarm Operators $2.254 per hr. <br /> Total annual gross compensation not less than $5040.00 per r. <br /> Compensation on an annual gross basis shall be paid in <br /> equal semi-monthly payments. <br /> Any excess earned in any one year for work authorized <br /> in excess of the amount provided for in this ordinance <br /> shall be paid at the end of the calendar year. <br /> Pensions shall be based on the annual gross compensation <br /> above provided for, but not on compensation received <br /> above the gross annual compensation herein fixed. <br /> (C) The following officers and employees of the Fire <br /> Department shall be employed on an hourly basis and <br /> shall work in accordance with Ordinance No. 3092 of <br /> the City of Everett an average of 56 hours per week <br /> on an annual basis, on a 24 hour shift, and shall be <br /> paid time and one-half for all work performed in any <br /> week in excess of 40 hours, or time and one-half for <br /> all work performed in excess of 8 hours in any one day <br /> or continuous work period, but not both. In event the <br /> Department shall not make available work for such <br /> firemen so that the amount earned shall be less than <br /> the annual gross compensation as herein set forth <br /> after each position, they shall nevertheless receive <br /> such annual gross amount as compensation for being <br /> ready to work and standing by: <br /> Battalion Chiefs $ 1.45 per hr. <br /> Total annual gross compensation not less than <br /> $5670.00 per yr. <br /> Captains $ 1.355 per hr. <br /> Total annual gross compensation not less than <br /> $5292.00 per yr. <br /> First Class Pipemen $ 1.275 per hr. <br /> Total annual gross compensation not less than <br /> $4980.00 per yr. <br /> Second Class Pipemen $ 1.243 per hr. <br /> Total annual gross compensation not less than <br /> $4854.00 per yr. <br /> Third Class Pipemen $ 1.178 per hr. <br /> Total annual gross compensation not less than <br /> $4602.00 per yr. <br /> Compensation on an annual gross basis shall be paid in <br /> equal semi-monthly payments. <br /> Any excess earned in any one year for work authorized <br /> in excess of the amount provided for in this ordinance <br /> shall be paid at the end of the calendar year. <br />
