• <br /> A < '- <br /> 5. If such appeal is properly taken, the Fire <br /> Prevention Review Board shall, within seven <br /> days, review such Order and file their <br /> decision thereon. All members of the Fire <br /> Prevention Review Board shall have a vote in <br /> arriving at such decision, except the City <br /> Clerk, and in the event such Order is sustained <br /> by a majority of the Fire Prevention Review <br /> Board, it shall be forthwith complied with, or <br /> as modified by the Fire Prevention Review Board <br /> if such modification order is entered. Unless <br /> by the authority of the Fire Prevention Review <br /> Board such order is revoked or modified, it <br /> shall remain in full force and effect and be com- <br /> plied with within the time fixed in said Order <br /> or decision of the Fire Prevention Review <br /> Board. All decisions of the Fire Prevention <br /> Review Board shall be final, conclusive and <br /> binding upon the parties. <br /> Section 4: Establishment of Bureau of Fire Prevention. <br /> The Bureau of Fire Prevention is hereby created, which <br /> Bureau shall enforce the provisions of the Fire Prevention Code. <br /> The Fire Marshal shall be the Chief of the Bureau of Fire Pre- <br /> vention and shall take his orders from the Chief of the Fire <br /> Department. <br /> Section 5 : Definitions. <br /> Wherever the word "municipality" is used in the Fire <br /> Prevention Code it shall be held to mean the City of Everett. <br /> Wherever the word "Corporation Counsel" is used in the <br /> Fire Prevention Code it shall be held to mean the attorney for <br /> the City of Everett. <br /> Wherever the word "Chief of the Bureau of Fire Pre- <br /> vention" is used in the Fire Prevention Code it shall be held to <br /> mean the Fire Marshal. <br /> Section 6: Establishment of Limits of Districts in <br /> which Storage of Flammable Liquids in <br /> Outside Aboveground Tanks is to be <br /> Prohibited. <br /> (a) The limits referred to in section 15.201 of <br /> the Fire Prevention Code in which storage of <br /> flammable liquids in outside aboveground tanks is <br /> prohibited, are hereby established as follows : <br /> Fire Zone # as defined by Ordinance <br /> No. 3532. <br /> (b) The limits referred to in section 15.401 of <br /> the Fire Prevention Code in which new bulk plants <br /> for flammable liquids are prohibited, are hereby <br /> established as follows : <br /> Fire Zones #1 and 2 as defined by <br /> Ordinance No. 3532. <br />
