• A < '- 5. If such appeal is properly taken, the Fire Prevention Review Board shall, within seven days, review such Order and file their decision thereon. All members of the Fire Prevention Review Board shall have a vote in arriving at such decision, except the City Clerk, and in the event such Order is sustained by a majority of the Fire Prevention Review Board, it shall be forthwith complied with, or as modified by the Fire Prevention Review Board if such modification order is entered. Unless by the authority of the Fire Prevention Review Board such order is revoked or modified, it shall remain in full force and effect and be com- plied with within the time fixed in said Order or decision of the Fire Prevention Review Board. All decisions of the Fire Prevention Review Board shall be final, conclusive and binding upon the parties. Section 4: Establishment of Bureau of Fire Prevention. The Bureau of Fire Prevention is hereby created, which Bureau shall enforce the provisions of the Fire Prevention Code. The Fire Marshal shall be the Chief of the Bureau of Fire Pre- vention and shall take his orders from the Chief of the Fire Department. Section 5 : Definitions. Wherever the word "municipality" is used in the Fire Prevention Code it shall be held to mean the City of Everett. Wherever the word "Corporation Counsel" is used in the Fire Prevention Code it shall be held to mean the attorney for the City of Everett. Wherever the word "Chief of the Bureau of Fire Pre- vention" is used in the Fire Prevention Code it shall be held to mean the Fire Marshal. Section 6: Establishment of Limits of Districts in which Storage of Flammable Liquids in Outside Aboveground Tanks is to be Prohibited. (a) The limits referred to in section 15.201 of the Fire Prevention Code in which storage of flammable liquids in outside aboveground tanks is prohibited, are hereby established as follows : Fire Zone # as defined by Ordinance No. 3532. (b) The limits referred to in section 15.401 of the Fire Prevention Code in which new bulk plants for flammable liquids are prohibited, are hereby established as follows : Fire Zones #1 and 2 as defined by Ordinance No. 3532.
