Section 11 : PARKING METER DEPARTMENT There shall be the following named employees in the Parking Meter Department, to-wit: One Parking Meter Serviceman and one Assistant Parking Meter Serviceman. It shall be the duty of such employees to perform the duties as directed by the Commissioner of Finance. DEPARTMENT OF SAFETY Section 12: HEALTH DEPARTMENT There shall be the following named officers and assis- tants in the Health Department, to-wit: One Senior Sanitarian (Milk) ; two Senior Sanitarians; one Meat Inspector (part. time ) ; one Nurse and one Bacteriologist. It shall be the duty of such officers and assistants to perform the duties pertaining to said department under the direction of the Health Officer and the Commissioner of Safety. Section 13: POLICE DEPARTMENT There shall be the following named officers and assistants in the Police Department, to-wit: One Chief; six Captains, one of whom shall be used as Administrative Assistant; thirteen Sergeants, two of whom may be assigned as supervisors; thirty Patrolmen, First Class; four Patrolmen, Second Class; two Policewomen; two Clerk-Stenographers; one Clerk-Stenographer (part time) .
