10) Drawing and Exhibiting Weapon: All persons <br /> exceptt peace officers as aforesaid) who shall draw, <br /> exhibit or attempt to use any deadly weapon upon, to <br /> or against another person in said city with intent to <br /> do bodily injury to such person, or to intimidate such <br /> person, except in lawful defense of person or property. <br /> (11) Firing weapons : All persons (except peace officers <br /> as aforesaid engaged in the lawful discharge of their <br /> duty, and persons practicing at target shooting in <br /> shooting gallery or other shooting range which has been <br /> approved by the Chief of Police of the City of Everett) <br /> who shall, within the city, fire off or discharge any <br /> bomb, gun, pistol or firearms of any kind, except in <br /> lawful defense of person or property. <br /> (12) Discharging Firecrackers and Explosives : Any <br /> person who shall fire, discharge, explode or set off <br /> any squib, firecracker, torpedo, or other thing con- <br /> taining powder or other explosive materials in the City <br /> of Everett. <br /> (13) Impersonating Police : Any person who shall <br /> falsely represent any of the members of the Police <br /> Department of the City, or who shall with intent to <br /> deceive, use or imitate any of the signs, signals or <br /> devices adopted and used by the Police Department, or <br /> who shall wear in public the uniform, badges or insignia <br /> prescribed to be worn by the police officials of said <br /> city. <br /> (i4) Annoying Females : Any male person who shall wil- <br /> fully annoy, bother, molest, insult or offer any <br /> affront to any female person. <br /> (15) Malicious Mischief: Any person who for the pur- <br /> pose of annoyance or mischief shall place in any doorway <br /> or on any sidewalk, street or alley in said City, any <br /> box, barrel, cask, or other thing, or who shall remove, <br /> interfere with, carry away, or destroy the property of <br /> another, or who shall tear down, destroy or mutilate <br /> any notice or handbill lawfully posted up in said city. <br /> (16) Lewdness : Any person in said city who shall <br /> lewedly and viciously cohabit with another, not the <br /> husband or wife of such person, and any person who shall <br /> be guilty of open or gross lewdness, or who shall make <br /> any open and indecent or obscene exposure of his or her <br /> person, or the person of another. <br /> (17) Window Peepers, and for the purposes of this <br /> ordinance the term "window peeper" is hereby defined <br /> as : A person who goes upon premises within the City <br /> of Everett, tenanted or occupied by any person other <br /> than himself or herself and looks through any window or <br /> windows from the outside of any building on said premises <br /> after dusk and before daylight without permission of <br /> the tenant or occupant or lawful authority so to do. <br /> 'C-4°P--11714-* <br /> M A Y O R <br /> Attest: <br /> (7 / , , <br /> City4Cler <br /> Passed: FEB 1 1 1958 <br /> Published: FEB 1 3 1958 <br />
